Theme support & updates
If you have already bought a theme, use the Support tab on your ThemeForest item page so your ticket is tied to your licence. Include your site URL, theme version, and steps to reproduce any issue.
Pre-sales questions
Ask on the Comments section of the specific item on ThemeForest so other buyers can see the answer. We do not use this site for custom quotes or bespoke development.
License & activation
For domain changes and activation resets where our tooling applies, you can use the License Reset page. Licensing still follows Envato’s terms for your purchase.
